Private Appointments
We are currently working on an appointment basis. Since the pandemic , when we had to work by appointment, we soon realised that we actually prefer this arrangement, as it allows us to offer a more personal service which is enjoyed by both customers and staff, while keeping everyone safe.
We pride ourselves in providing a bespoke service in a relaxed atmosphere with absoloutly no pressure to buy. Friends or family are welcome to join you, however we prefer that each customer limits to bringing 2 people with them.

Who uses our Boutique?
People travel from far and wide to visit Elegance Boutique to view our dresses, outfits and try our fitting service. We have customers of all ages, shapes and sizes who come from as close as Dunbartonshire and Glasgow from Edinburgh and as far as Stirling, Oban, Highlands and Islands – basically from all over Scotland which is quite amazing. We believe that when picking a dress or outfit for a special occasion you should take your time and make sure you get the right one for you.
Where are we located?
Our shop is based in the town of Helensburgh just 15 minutes from Dumbarton and 30 minutes from Glasgow. We get regular visits from customers who live in Argyll, Dunbartonshire and Stirlingshire. If you are travelling from out with these areas we are please to let you know that Helensburgh has a number of excellent shops, restaurants and bars if you feel like stopping off for the day.
